our valued customers and colleagues
On
June 10, 2008 Our Cedar Rapids location (home office) was involved
in the flooding of the Cedar River and we were forced to evacuate.
We are not sure of the extent of the damage as we have not been
able to re-enter the building as of yet however, we are reasonably
sure that it is a total loss.
Our computer system was saved and
is now back on line. Now we face the task of determining the
status of orders, invoices etc. and how to proceed.
We are
able to resume most operations thru our Des Moines and Davenport
locations and are working diligently to pick-up where we were
forced to leave off.
Air filter service is resuming today where
possible and with the limited resources available. Service out of
our Des Moines and Davenport locations has been virtually
unaffected.
We have no Telephone or fax for the Cedar Rapids
location but we are working on that issue as well.
Please rest
assured we are doing everything in our power to get back to normal
operations and we will try to keep everyone informed. All contact
information on this site for Des Moines and Davenport is correct.
